Lobster Newburg What Goes With Lobster Newburg?

What goes with Lobster Newburg? - lobster newburg

We have a group dinner on Valentine's Day with another couple and our friends are lobster Newburg ... What can I do to the ?!?!?!?! go
I think it should not be too rich. It could use a kind of counter the weight of the cream, but I need more than just a salad to do!

I do not think they bring me the bread, because the lobster Newburg often served in puff pastry shells. How would it be cut with a plate of pickled vegetables or a bowl of fresh fruit? Or, offer to bring dessert. Some fresh fruit would be nice in the winter, but not too heavy. If not, then, as now, to about wine? I like light, dry white wine with the lobster, because she is so rich.

However, I must say that cast a green salad with lemon juice and olive oil is still my favorite, but seems not to dazzle.
