Stroke Resources Are There Any Good Swim Stroke Websites And/or Books For Serious Competitive Swimmers And Coaches?

Are there any good swim stroke websites and/or books for serious competitive swimmers and coaches? - stroke resources

I swam since he was 5 years old and swam competitively year-round USS swim team. I am now in school and try to teach my girlfriend perfect stroke technique, but I'm angry as I thought. I remember some advice from the race my coach, but not all. Is there a swimming motion for swimming competition?

Try this book: Breakthrough Swimming by Cecil Colwin

Or in this book: Swimming faster by Ernest W. Maglischo

I want to find a video, instead of in a book. Try to learn to blow up the air, or just freestyle?

Do you remember how difficult it is to learn, it was time to fly and right, Mom? Try to focus on what's important to breathe freely and walk their deputies to other movements.

People work better if we focus simultaneously on only one or two important goals. Make your child a world-class IM'er first week. Make them feel the water enter to learn, to leave us and go right with every shot and that the work that his kicks, body posture and breathing. Remember, you need patience as its first coach.

So easy to take with a technician in your area to find swimming lessons for youngsters and a school that is known to swim for the program for talent, and create a few minutes in water with the coach. And it can really speed things up.
